Pyro Spectaculars’ Expansion Will Add Capabilities to Pacific Northwest Venues
RIALTO, CALIF., – June 14,2024 – Pyro Spectaculars by Souza, one of the leading fireworks producers in the nation, has announced the acquisition of Pyro & Fire FX, LLC, a Gig Harbor, Washington-based special effects company. The acquisition significantly expands Pyro Spectaculars’ entertainment capabilities in the greater Seattle/Tacoma area and throughout the Pacific Northwest. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Pyro & Fire FX offers a full spectrum of spectacular effects for both indoor and outdoor venues including flame, cryo, sparks, smoke, stage effects, bubbles, confetti/streamers, and more.
“Our current clients will now benefit from a comprehensive suite of FX, multimedia entertainment services, and fireworks, all under one roof,” says Jim Souza, CEO of Pyro Spectaculars by Souza, whose company will produce more than 400 fireworks shows this Fourth of July. “The combined expertise and resources of both companies will broaden the range of effects, creating unforgettable experiences for the audiences of our Northwest clients like the Space Needle and the Seattle Mariners.”
Pyro & Fire FX’s Olsen and key staff will remain to ensure a seamless transition in ownership and continued service excellence.
