Happy New Year! Drones and fireworks ring in 2024 at the Space Needle

A clear New Year’s Eve brought thousands of revelers to the Seattle Center to ring in 2024. More than 500 drones wowed the crowd with a choreographed space-themed show as the clock neared midnight. As the calendar turned to 2024 in Seattle, fireworks were launched off the iconic 605-foot Space Needle. The dazzling show was set to songs that represented 2023, plus hits from local artists and nostalgic favorites. A layer of firework smoke around the top of the Needle added drama to the long set of fireworks as colorful sparks flew into the night sky. Happy 2024, friends!
